This Privacy Policy describes how Kitearn Inc. ("Kitearn," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Kitearn mobile application and related services (the "App"). Kitearn is an affiliate hub that helps you explore loan options, partner offers, and earn rewards. Kitearn is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

• Account and profile information: phone number, email address, name, and mailing address provided during onboarding or profile updates.
• Quiz and preference data: responses you submit in our loan-matching quiz to personalize partner offers (stored on our servers, not on your device).
• Device and push information: device identifiers, platform (iOS/Android), app version, and push notification tokens when you enable notifications.
• Usage and analytics data: app interactions, screens viewed, and diagnostic logs collected through analytics tools (see Third Parties below).
• Earn and offer activity: records of offer clicks, AdGem offerwall activity, and reward balances.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate your account and secure access (SMS and email verification codes).
• Provide personalized partner offers based on your quiz responses.
• Deliver transactional notifications (welcome messages, earn credit alerts).
• Operate the earn/rewards program and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Improve the App through analytics and product research.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with service providers that help us operate the App, including:

• Twilio — SMS delivery for phone verification and transactional texts.
• SendGrid — email delivery for verification codes and account messages.
• Azure Notification Hubs — push notification delivery to your device.
• AdGem — offerwall partner for earn opportunities; may receive a pseudonymous player identifier.
• Affiliate and lending partners — when you click an offer, you may be directed to a partner who receives information you choose to provide.
• Microsoft Clarity — session replay and UX analytics (where enabled and permitted by your consent settings).
• AppsFlyer — marketing attribution and campaign measurement; on iOS, collection is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt where applicable.
• Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting and secure storage of App data.

These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and may have their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Communication logs and audit records may be retained for a limited period for security and compliance purposes.

Your Choices and Rights

• You may update profile information in the App where available.
• You may disable push notifications in your device settings.
• On iOS, you may limit tracking through Settings → Privacy → Tracking and the ATT prompt.
• Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information.

Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated personal information, contact us at [email protected] or [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

Children

The App is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
